Excellent service, delivery quick, I also ordered another product and this was delivered seperately the previous day. They could have saved money and delivered both together.

Delivery was very fast and delivery driver couldn't have been more helpful. The instructions could do to be a bit clearer. Had a problem with roof panels fitting as they were too tight one end and falling through the other, but by elongating the holes in profile 18, I managed to move profiles enough for a good fit. I will also be fitting a strengthing piece between profiles 10 for the big panel. Before fitting panels you have plenty of silicon. With a little bit of effort you have a product that is every bit as good as one three times the price.

Delivery was very fast. Had a couple of minor prolems with construction. These were sorted out very well with excellent communication via email and phone.

The greenhouse arrived on Monday, three days after ordering online.There were complications as I couldn`t arrage to be home when it arrived. One phonecall to your office soon overcame this problem. I have looked at the greenhouse and was suprised at the quality regarding the price. I have looked at other greenhouses of simular quality but the extra`s "base, vents etc) made the others much more expensive. Allround this was an excellent buy.
