This is a great item of good quality wood. We were contacted within 36 hours to organise delivery. Assesembly was easy (apparently) and compared to other sites/playhouses we reviewed we didnt need to reinforce floor. Kids love it.

What a lovely little house!! I bought this for my two daughters (22 months and 5 years) and they both love it equally. It was delivered within 4 days of ordering by a very friendly chap and of course no charge for delivering. It went up in a jiffy and was very easy to assemble.
