Arrived within 3 days of ordering, fantastic service - very easy to assemble - took two of us 1.5 hours. Looks very smart, cooks brilliantly - what more could you ask for ...... oh yes a bit of British sunshine would be nice! This BBQ arrived two days after order. Excellent service. Will be trying it for the first time today. Assembly was relatively easy, took 1 1/2 hrs on my own. Didn`t realize it was a lava rock free grill which does seem strange but sure it will be ok. Rod

Speedy delivery awesome bbq, would definately recommend. Assembly a bit tricky with limited instructions but you get there.Faulty hose supplied with bbq emailed flaming bbqs they sent replacement one soon after.Good customer service and after sales support.

We bought this BBQ as a replacement for a much older kettle style BBQ. The grill is brilliant and the heat so much more controllable; the side burner is a real bonus for my speciality flambe bananas. Being stainless it ought not to rust! Service and delivery top class, thank you.

An excellent BBQ which represents very good value for money. It took about an hour and a half to assemble and it has now been used on a number of occasions without difficulty. Service from Kybotech was first class. I recommend the BBQ and the company.
