Excellent service from the late afternoon we ordered (19/03/08). Delivery on the 22nd. All staff we dealt with were polite and more than helpful. Barbecue easy to assemble and looks very stylish. We are now looking forward to the delivery of our Patio Heater. Marks out of ten for this sevice if possible would exceed ten. Thanks very much for this excellent service, perhaps you should run courses for other companies in order that they can reach your standards.

Brilliant product. We done bacon sandwiches to try it out on a saturday in the rain. It was lovely well easy to clean. No more cooking for my misses. The delivery driver was very rude thou.

Took 6 days to arrive, and spent a couple of hours putting it together. Despite previous reviews if you follow the instructions, very staright forward to build. Will be out in the snow this weekend trying it out!

Ours took six days to arrive but was worth the wait! Went together relatively easily but we felt that a BBQ of this calibre should come with a much better manual and instructions. Took note of a previous review and reversed the Rotisserie Motor. Only real problem that we had was hooking up the gas as we had a Blue (Butane) bottle previously. Swapped for a Green (Propane/Patio Gas) bottle and now we`re cooking with gas!! We too barbeque all year round, including the Christmas Turkey and cannot understand how people can resist using it for half the year. Have already tried it out and found it excellent and easy to clean up afterwards. We would definitely recommend this product and company to others.

All round excellent service from the helpful staff at the point of order to the delivery service. Communication excellent and email confirmation from Kybotech who took the time to help us with special delivery arrangements. The Quality of the BBQ is excellent and the picture on the webpage did not do it justice! We found it easy to assemble with straight forward instructions. It is stirdy and an easy match for the much more expensive BBQ`s we have been viewing recently !! Thank you!!! carry on the great service
