Fantastic product - looks and feels much more expensive than it actually was! However, took three hours to put together as instructions were poor.

I only received this item a few days ago, but I can say that it is what I expected, a good solid hardwood structure. So far I am impressed. I think it would of helped if there were also written fitting instructions as well as just the diagram instructions. But yes overall very satisfied, I would have no hesitation to recommend this product - thank you.

The seat was delivered the day after it was ordered. Despite our intial panic at the lack of assembly instructions (three diagrams only) it went together pretty easily. It looks lovely and seems execellent value for money.
