I ordered a BillyOh Signature Lutyens bench on the 10/7/08 and received confirmation of the order the same day. I bought this bench for my parents, the delivery was extremely prompt which is always a bonus. They had no problems assembling it and are very happy with it. Excellent value for money

Excellent service, good communication about delivery, even though it was 7 in the morning when it arrived. The bench is well packaged and well made, although the wood is slightly thinner than I had expected. However for the price it is very good.
