What excellent customer service you provide. Very impressed with Kybotech from the clear, easy ordering process to the delivery. The BBQ arrived within 5 days of ordering - we even had an advanced phone call from the delivery driver and the driver was here at the stated time. We used the bbq over the bank holiday weekend for the first time - couldn`t believe how easy it was to cook on it - it`s brilliant. Gold star service and great communication via emails by Kybotech. Barbecue arrived two days after ordering, very impressed, good sevice. Barbecue easy to assemble just needed my son to be a spare pair of hands! Barbecue great to use I can see us using it all summer come rain or shine. Thankyou

Have been very impressed with the service and the product. You kept me advised of delivery date and your delivery van arrived within 5 minutes of the time arranged the night before. Have not had the chance to try out the barbecue yet but I was very impressed with the quality of the components when I assembled it. I will be recommending you and Outback to friends.

Am delighted with the Barbeque. My order was dealt with efficiently and delivery was on time. I also received a follow up e-mail hoping that I was satisfied with the bbq. Assembly was fairly easy. All we need now is a long hot summer.

The BBQ was quickly dispatched and delivered, the item was as ordered and completly undamged. I contacted the customer services by phone prior delivery to confirm the order status and my questions were answered accuratly and quickly. The BBQ has not been used yet but I'm sure it will meet all my expectations this coming summer.
