Having purchased the TP Challenger Full Height system I expected to wait for 20 or so days for delivery, to my surprise it arrived 3 days later. Fantastic! It took me 5 hours to erect watched by my eager 2 and a half year old son! He couldn't wait to start using it. What a great way to teach my son balance and body strength whilst having great fun in the garden. He loves the den and even I have used the slide. The instructions take a bit of time to understand but its just like building a big meccano set. Not too difficult but take the time to read the paperwork. All the bits were there and its great. He now has a lot of his friends round to use it and its great to see so many smiles on all the kids faces. A great product that will last a long time and get kids enjoying themselves what ever the weather.

Having decided to replace an old slide we searched the web and saw this. Despite our reservations on a 28 day delivery being at the end of the school holidays we ordered it on Thursday. Imagine my surprise when it was delivered the following Monday morning! A bit of time to assemble, but all relatively straight forward and now have a great activity frame and two very happy young boys. Excellent service!

WE NOW LIVE IN SPAIN AND WANTED TO ORDER THE CHALLENGER SO WE WERE CONCERNED ON 2 COUNTS. ONE WAS GETTING THE PRODUCT IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS AND 2 ENSURING SAFE DELIVERY. WE WERE VERY SURPRISED WHEN THE CHALLENGER WAS DELIVERED TO LUTON AIRPORT CARGO DEPOT IN 4 DAYS IT WAS PUT ON THE SAME AIRCRAFT THAT WE TRAVELLED BACK HOME ON. WHEN WE WENT TO ERECT THE PRODUCT EVERYTHING WAS THERE TO DO THE JOB. ALTHOUGH THE INSTRUCTIONS TOOK A LITTLE WHILE TO GET THE HANG OF ONCE ACQUAINTED IT WENT UP LIKE CLOCKWORK. THERE WAS A SMALL CRACK IN THE HANDLE OF THE TWIZZLE HOWEVER WE PHONED THE FACTORY AND THEY READILY AGREED TO SEND OUT A REPLACEMENT. EVERYTHING IS FIRST CLASS AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. WE ARE VERY IMPRESSED.

excellent climbing frame, well designed and seems very durable. Instructions could be clearer and construction takes a few hours for one person. arrived on time with all parts for our two year old's birthday (well within 15 working days). could have done with some type of grip/anti-slip on climbing bars for our extremely wet weather!

Excellent climbing frame. Our 2 year old and four year old both love it. Took ages to put together with very limited instructions, but all the parts seem well-made and feels very sturdy now it's finally assembled!

Excellent climbing frame! Took a bit of time to erect instructions not too clear. My 4 year old boy loves it! Will definitely use outdoor toys direct again, no problem

Excellent frame but you have to wait for it. The frame arrived within a few days but still waiting over a month later for some pieces.
