Cost

Delivery is FREE to any UK mainland destination. Extra charges may apply on some products/destinations. Please see individual product pages for details.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery times are shown on the individual product pages. Once your order is placed we send out a confirmation email which contains your order reference number and estimated delivery time. In most cases, you will be contacted prior to that time in regards to delivery. You may track your order at any time, read below for details. We endeavour to deliver within 28 days. If we are unable to deliver within this time then we will only proceed with your order if you agree to the longer delivery period or do not contact us to confirm otherwise.

Delivery address
When you order, the option to specify a seperate delivery and billing address will be available. We give you the option to delivery to your own address or someone elses for convenience or maybe a gift!
Order tracking

You can track your order at any time during the order process. To track your order contact customer services, by emailing us or telephone 0870 652 777 52 quoting your order reference number. You may also track your order online, in your account section.
