The play house is fantastic value for money my daughter loves it. Took me and my husband about 2.30 hours to errect, instructions were quite simple to follow although we did have a few problems with the screws not being long enough, but we just used longer ones and it was fine. A georgous playhouse for any little one to play in made form good quality materials. My daughter now wants me to add curtains.

I recently bought a mad dash peardrop playhouse for my three year old daughter and am very pleased with it. We have put her toy kitchen into it along with a table and chairs she plays out there for hours. She has also put a little cot upstairs for her dolls. It took a couple of hours to put it up and the instructions were a little basic, but overall it has been money well spent and hours of enjoyment for my child.

Overall i am very happy with the playhouse, quite sturdy and solid. My 4 yr old son is delighted with it, and it is somewhere we can leave him safely play whilst watching from a distance. It took 3 of us approx 3 hrs to erect (and we are all capable DIYers) as well as a further 3 hrs to concrete the base. I added a few steps to the ladder as my son (he has cerebral palsy) found the steps a bit far apart, but that is no slight on the manufacture just an individual thing for children with short legs! My only slight criticism is that the instructions are quite general, and i think that someone who isn't DIY competent would have struggled-but as said i am very happy with it and wouldn't hesitate to buy from yourselves again
