Arrived within 7 days of order. Took two of us about 2-3 days to put up - most of the instructions were straightforward although we did have to ponder over some of them as the pictures were not very clear. Overall it was straightforward for an amateur to erect, we were sent some wrong glass, however, the customer services dept at Halls were excellent and sorted us out with no delay. Overall an excellent product of good quality.  |

The service I received when I ordered my Magnum8x8 was excellent. It arived within 14 days of ordering. The erection and glazing was simple and straight forward after studying the enclosed instructions. The suggestion that I would have to improve the service would be to attach peel off stickers to the glass to identify them. |
