The Mad Dash Peardrop playhouse is stylish two storey playhouse that is great fun for the kids and its natural look will enhance garden. Construction
Tongue and groove interlocking board wall cladding is used for the construction of this building making it more sturdy and better looking due to its smoother appearance, thus differentiating it from certain other playhouses. Rounded framing is also for its construction for added safety.
Features
The Mad Dash Peardrop playhouse comes complete with four Georgian Style styrene glazed fixed windows two on the side elevation and two on the front elevation that allow a generous amount of light to enter building making the interior very light and airy. A great feature of this playhouse is the addition of a Second Internal Level with ladder for access which adds more fun and character to the inside of the building. This can also double up as a storage area when the playhouse is not in use. Magnetic door catches provided for additional safety. Full fixing kit including felt and instructions are included.
Treatment
To help during construction and transport to you the building has been pre-treated with a dipped, base coat, timber preservative treatment. To comply with the warranty and finish the building in style, we recommend that a further treatment is carried out following construction, and thereafter on an annual basis, to prolong its life.

Easy Assembly and Maintenance
Full Self-assembly instructions are supplied with your order along with all the required fixtures and fittings.To provide protection during transportation and construction the Peardrop Playhouse is pre-treated with a water based timber treatment for protection against the elements. We recommend you re-treat the building following construction with a high quality preservative for maximum durability.
Please Note: This play equipment should be supervised by an adult at all times during use.
Always ensure that whenever the playhouse is in use that it is whilst under adult supervision
Second internal level with ladder
Let your child’s imagination run wild with the second internal level and ladder, which can also double up as a small storage area when the playhouse is not being used.
Magnetic door fastener
The door comes complete with a magnetic door fastener to ensure that the door is safe and secure when closed but can be easily opened by a child when required
Georgian windows
4 georgian style windows included as standard allowing light to filter through into the interior creating a warm character.
