Mad Dash Lollipop Tower Xtra Playhouse
The Mad Dash Lollipop Tower Extra playhouse is a traditionally designed playhouse built on a raised platform with a stylish verandah that is great fun for the kids and is ideal for the larger garden. Built with children in mind it will keep them amused for hours and will allow their imagination to shape their own play. A great personal play space with added extra fun which your children will be proud of.
Construction
Tongue and groove interlocking board cladding is used for the wall construction of this building making it more sturdy and better looking due to its smoother appearance, thus differentiating it from other playhouses. Rounded framing is used in the construction of this building for added safety. The 1.19m raised platform includes ladder and safety rail.
Features
The Mad Dash Lollipop Tower Extra playhouse comes complete with two Georgian Style styrene glazed fixed windows on the side elevation and two plain windows on the front elevation that allow a generous amount of light to enter building making the interior very light and airy. The factory fitted tongue and groove door also features a styrene glazed upper panel. A great feature of this playhouse is the 1.19m raised platform and ultra stylish verandah ( 0.75m deep) with safety rail. A wooden ladder is provided for safe and easy access to the raised platform and playhouse. To add extra fun to the design a 2.5m wavy slide is included, this makes the playhouse more adventurous. Magnetic door catches are used for additional safety. Another great feature is that the space beneath the raised playhouse can also be utilised as a play area.Full fixing kit including felt and instructions are included. Actual playhouse dimensions excluding platform- 158cm (width) x 150cm (depth) x 115cm (eaves height) x 165cm (ridge height).
Treatment
To help during construction and transport to you the building has been pre-treated with a dipped, base coat, timber preservative treatment. To comply with the warranty and finish the building in style, we recommend that a further treatment is carried out following construction, and thereafter on an annual basis, to prolong its life.

Full Self-assembly instructions are supplied with your order along with all the required fixtures and fittings.To provide protection during transportation and construction the Lollipop Tower Extra Playhouse is pre-treated with a water based timber treatment for protection against the elements. We recommend you re-treat the building following construction with a high quality preservative for maximum durability.
Please Note: This play equipment should be supervised by an adult at all times during use.
Always ensure that whenever the playhouse is in use that it is whilst under adult supervision
