Maddash Toys has extended the product range combining the benefits from the 19mm Log Cabin Playhouse Range and the already established current Playhouse Range. This design will enhance any garden and stimulate the play experience of any child.
All of the design details have been considered carefully to provide a light and natural play area for children of many ages. From the moment you enter the stable door the internals will look impressive to any adult let alone a child with a vivid imagination for play. Underpinning this unique log cabin concept is second to none craftsmanship highlighted by the use of interlocking construction maximising the structural integrity of this interlocking playhouse log cabin available in 19mm.

The key selling feature of this building is its size, multi room and integrated large upstairs bunk, both of these features ensure that there is maximum play potential for any child or group of children. This playhouse has a number of key features to enhance its fun factor and usability including; 2 large downstairs rooms, a large raised floor room, a versatile hand crafted stable door, large fixed windows, window shutters (1 each side), window boxes all of which combined will provide hours of fun and amusement for your children.
Construction:
The Annex Log Cabin Playhouse is constructed using 19mm T&G boards interlocked together for additional strength. The 19mm T&G is then boulstered further with rounded framing ensuring no sharpe edges are present. The raise floor section is free-standing using substantial joists all rounded for added safety. All the timbers used are pre-cut to length in our UK based factory and provided ready for assembly with no cutting required.

Assembly and Maintenance:
The Log Cabin Playhouse comes complete with easy to follow stage by stage instructions and specific full building technical details. Assembling the cabin should take approximately 1 full day to assemble based on two people with general DIY knowledge. We highly recommend purchasing the Barrettine water based wood stain option with this building as you will be required to apply a wood preserver/treatment.

19mm Tongue and Groove Boards
The Annex Playhouse is constructed using 19mm single tongue and groove boards (T&G), which provide a strong and sturdy building. These are all pre-cut to length using our UK based timber factory.
Interlocking Construction
The interlocking style of this building uses each T&G board to hold the previous board in place. The additional benefit of this interlocking style as it allows for the building to be built in a number of styles.
Solid Sheet Braced Floor
The floors in this building on both the ground and 1st level are a solid sheet material supported by suitable floor joists. These provide a sturdy floor solution, with no covering or a platform to cover with additional material, such as carpet.
Raised Bunk
The Annex has 3 main play areas including an entrance room, lower floor and bunk area. The bunk area is completely supported with substantial joists and has a well crafted ladder leading up to it. The raised bunk looks down over the lower floor, giving a sense of an internal mezzanine.
Stable Door
This log cabin playhouse comes as standard with this wonderfully crafted stable door. All magnets and fixings are included and doors are pre-assembled.
Windows Including Shutters and Flower boxes
The windows come with the option of having traditional window cross’s or leaving blank for a more modern contemporary style. The playhouse comes with 5 sets of shutters and 4 window boxes, all adding character and style.
