BillyOh CLIFTON 10’ fronted Premium Steel Shed. Our BEESTON all steel, apex roof shed is the answer where garden space is limited, or on the caravan park where non-combustible sheds are mandatory. The deep roll formed wall and roof panels provide MUCH IMPROVED STRENGTH when compared to shallow formed cladding of other steel sheds.
We believe that the CLIFTON sheds are probably the best looking metal sheds on the market. We have carefully checked CLIFTON’s INSIDE floor measurements with competitive makes to find that the CLIFTON 10 x 8 and 10 x 10 provide MORE INSIDE floor space of 7.6% and 8.8% respectively. Additionally, the CLIFTON sheds feature a generous 165cm wall height thus giving more headroom at 197cm from base to underneath the centre roof beam.

Base
Please ensure that when you build your concrete or flagstone base to insert a strong plastic membrane BELOW the concrete or flagstones to prevent rising damp. Build your base NO more than 30mm larger all round than the BASE measurements given below under TECHNICAL INFORMATION to allow rainwater discharging proud off your base at the sides of the CLIFTON.

Please Note: If you order a 10 x 10 size shed you will receive a 10 x 8 size shed PLUS a 2’ extension kit to make it a 10 x 10. If you order a 10 x 12 you will get a 10 x 8 size shed PLUS 2 x 2’ extension kit to make it a 10 x 12 shed.
Metal Shed Base Information
Many Metal sheds are sold without some sort of base whether it be a foundation kit for a concrete base or a wooden timber base which in most cases will leave you with an incomplete product unless you have a base already. We would not dream of selling one of our wooded buildings incomplete without a floor so we have created our 'BillyOh Complete' range.
Our 'BillyOh Complete' models are inclusive of a flooring solution thus giving you the complete product, you can select form either:
1) A pre-made Tongue & Groove Floor constructed to take a greater load capacity and provide better damp proofing ensuring protection of your contents.
Or
2) A Steel Foundation Kit which consists of Heavy-duty ‘U’ channel framing, made from durable hot-dipped galvanized steel. The assembled foundation kit receives the shed base rails. Flood out with concrete after the shed assembly is completed.

What is a ‘Steel Foundation Kit’ and do I need one?
It is a quick and easy way to create a suitable base for your metal shed after you have leveled your site and inserted a DPC below the foundation kit.
It is manufactured using heavy-duty ‘U’ channel framing, made from durable hot-dipped galvanized steel. The assembled foundation kit receives the shed base rails and flood out with concrete after the shed assembly is completed to give the perfect base.
Please also note: If you choose to purchase the wooden bas option the steel shed is to be built and secured onto the wooden base and be secured down to the base using anchor screws (not supplied). If the wooden base option is purchased the steel foundation kit is not compatible.
