Q: I am enquiring from Guernsey in the Channel Islands about purchasing Duramax Woodbridge shed, please could you contact me with regard to the cost of transportation to Portsmouth docks, also the weight and flat pack size so i can obtain a quote from shipping agents in Guernsey, also as the Channel Islands are VST exempt do you deduct VAT on these items.
A: We cannot take the VAT off the product so what we can do is we can deliver to the shipping agent and to get the VAT back we do require a proof of delivery from the shipping agent and a copy of the invoice them we can refund the vat for you.
