The BillyOh Classic Platinum 3 Burner Stainless Steel BBQ with Side Burner is the epitome of outdoor cooking. Built with a split level shelf, 3 cast iron burners and a stainless steel hood, you're presented with a highly dependable and versatile barbecue that will cook exceptional food every time.
The large grill area ensures all food can be cooked at once, ideal for parties and family gatherings. A temperature gauge on the stainless steel hood ensures precise roasting or steaming can be achieved, and a galvanised steel drip tray helps prevent spillages. Side shelves and a side burner facilitate the storage of food and plastic wheels ensure easy movement.
Gas and Regulator
We include a propane/patio gas clip on gas regulator as standard with this bbq and recommend that you use propane gas or patio gas to achieve the best barbecuing experience. However this barbecue can use either propane / patio gas or butane LPG gas.
We recommend propane/patio gas as it will supply gas all year round, even on cold winter days. Butane bottles however tend to supply sufficient gas during the summer, but its performance may well be reduced once temperatures drop below 10 degrees C. Please be aware that if you intend to use butane that a butane regulator is not supplied and we do not stock these items.
Grill Cooking
The burner heats up the flame tamer underneath the grill, which in turn heats up the food on the grill. The natural food juices produced during cooking fall onto the flame tamer below and vaporise. The subsequent rising smoke bastes the food, as it travels upwards, imparting that unique barbecue flavour.
Roasting Hood Cooking
Barbecues equipped with a roasting hood give the option of cooking with hood closed to form an ‘oven’ for roasting food, such as joints of meat , whole chickens, etc.
Large Cooking Area
The 3 burners cater for the large 62.74cm x 39.62cm grilling area. The non-stick surface ensures that it is easy to clean and cooks food to an optimum level.
Includes Side Burner
Included is a side burner as standard which can kick out 12,000 BTU which means whether you are keeping things warm or cooking on it, neither is a problem on this side-burner.
